HURT MODEL was originally formed in Washington, D.C. by Trevor V. and Bennett Erickson in THE YEAR 2000. In the Summer of 2005, HURT MODEL officially relocated to LOS ANGELES, CA, where we continue to create music that we love. Since then we have played around town as a duo and booked some shows with awesome bands such as DYSRHYTHMIA, UPSILON ACRUX, BAD DUDES, INTRONAUT, YAKUZA, BLACK MATH HORSEMAN, WE BE THE ECHO, BLOODY ROBOTS, NINJA ACADEMY, and THE ANTARCTICANS. In March of 2007, we met James Barry at a show and he jumped on board. In the end of 2007 we set out to record our latest EP entitled "This is You."
